Based on a verbal reservation, we will reserve the selected unit for 72 hours, during which we will sign the Reservation Agreement. Upon signing, you will pay a deposit of CZK 100,000 within 5 calendar days.
The remaining amount will be paid upon signing the Purchase Agreement.
Within 30 days of signing the Reservation Agreement, we will sign the Future Purchase Agreement. Upon signing, you will pay 15% of the remaining purchase price within 15 calendar days of signing the Future Purchase Agreement.
The apartment will be handed over after your ownership is registered in the Land Registry.
