Based on a verbal reservation, we will reserve the selected unit for you for 72 hours, during which the Reservation Agreement will be signed. According to the Reservation Agreement, you will pay a deposit towards the purchase price of the apartment in the amount of CZK 100,000 within 5 calendar days.
Within 30 days of signing the Reservation Agreement, we will sign the Future Purchase Agreement. Upon signing the Future Purchase Agreement, you will pay 15% of the remaining purchase price within 15 calendar days of signing the Future Purchase Agreement.
The remaining part of the purchase price will be paid after signing the Purchase Agreement.
The unit will be handed over after the registration of your ownership right in the Land Register.
